How long will my order take?
Our current turnaround is 1-3 working days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 service.
How do I put the ashes in the urn?
Your funeral provider will be able to assist you in transferring the ashes to the urn.

To ensure the safety and integrity of your baby's ashes, the urn features a secure, foil-sealed lid that provides a protective closure, giving you peace of mind that the contents will remain secure.
Do you accept returns?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to double-check all personalisation details (such as spelling, dates, and names) before placing the order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for personalised items due to customer error. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your purchase.
